After the theatre we weren't surprised that lots of restaurants in London had already stopped serving dinner at 22.30. We were looking particularly for French food and what we got was almost, but not quite, there. We ordered a good bottle of Bordeaux, but lucky I checked as the waiter was about to open a Syrah. The saucisson we ordered... More

We'd specifically requested a location in the restaurant when we pre-booked as it was for a birthday. When we arrived that area was not ready and we were forced to wait in a much smaller area. The restaurant was extremely busy and we were right in the way. There really is nowhere to wait for a table in this place... More

Great attentive and pleasant staff. Lovely food and very reasonable wine list. Gets very busy so do ensure you book. Excellent evening.

Met an old friend here on his recommendation - which was entirely justified. Went on a weekday, so it was busy, but not overbearing. They do the usual deal on two/three courses with a useful selection. We were having such a good time catching up we extended to three courses - perhaps helped by the very reasonably priced wine ...!... More

My wife and I decided to visit London over Christmas and booked here at 7 PM on the day we arrived. I called the restaurant abut 5:00 and asked if it would be possible for us to come early as jet-lag has arrived and I knew I would not be able to keep going much longer. The young woman to... More

Food just okay and the portion bit small and the service is quiet poor. They did a mix between the cooked and the sauces with no excuses. Really disappointed for a "French Restaurant". It's fake French.

I came here for dinner on the off chance with my gf while walking around Chinatown, but finding no Chinese restaurants with free seats (everywhere was chock-a-block much to our surprise). This place was equally busy, but no line outside, so we popped in. They were kind enough to find us a table for 2 within 1-2 mins. Service was... More

Wonderful evening spent catching up with friends who are very fussy eaters. Food was amazing with affordable lovely wine. Waiters were very attentive without being pushy and without realising spent a wonderful 3 and hours there!!

Popped in with husband as a late choice but had managed to book earlier in the day to be on safe side. After the pre theatre Friday rush it was calmer but did end up seated nxt to extremely loud gaggle of "girls" on wknd trip to london.. enjoying themselves..so dont expect any intimate couple atmosphere. We've been using the... More

We specifically came back to Cote after the brilliant service we previously received in your Covent Garden restaurant. We arrived very early for food and drinks, 4.30 infact!! The restaurant was empty bar two tables but we were told matter of factly that they would want the table back after 1 hour. It wasn't like we were only ordering a... More

Description
Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities.
Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly.
