I would not recommend anyone to visit Circus, as it does not live up to the hype. I visited Circus for the first time last night, taking a friend with an intention of treating her to a fabulous night out before her flight home the...More

Was here for a significant birthday dinner recently and is a fun thing to do. Where you sit is key to viewing the circus acts that are performed during the meal. As there were 7 of us we had the set menu which was ok...More

This place was not easily identifiable to our Uber driver or us but once inside all was good. We had a reservation but I guess we were a bit early for them because we stood at the entrance waiting for our table to be cleaned...More

Some members of staff were friendly, but some treated us with disdain. The circus acts were nice and it was an interesting experience to be so close to the performances. The food was nice, but the sharing didn't seem to work so well for veggies...More

Having looked at the website I arrived with the impression that the acts would be performing around the tables. Probably an unrealistic expectation. The room is laid out in long tables and clearly the one to be is where the acts perform. I was sat...More

We arrived here at 11pm. Having pre booked a guest list, so it was free entry. They also have a free cloakroom service! (Not very common for these kind of places). At first, everyone was shy and wasn’t going on the dance floor. But after...More

We had the main table, above which the performers swing, rotate and leap while you eat. That was a mistake for two reasons. 1 - bare feet where I'm eating somehow felt wrong. 2- once the dinner was over that table becomes the stage leaving...More

My PT recommended this restaurant to me. I came here last night with my boyfriend for his birthday and had a lovely time. The chilli crackers and sauces with it was lovely. Cocktails were amazing. I had the baby Korean chicken, it was delicious. Definitely...More

Circus is an innovative combination of West End cocktail bar and cabaret restaurant set in vibrant Covent Garden. The restaurant boasts a highly praised Pan Asian dinner menu, created and overseen by the revered chef Andrew Lassetter. The stylish surrealist interior, formulated by iconic British designer Tom Dixon, transports guests into a decadent world of glamourous escapism from the moment they enter. For those looking for a drinks or dinner venue in Covent Garden to escape the mundaneness of the outside world, then Circus is ideal; the cocktails are heavenly and the dinner menu will delight even the most discerning of palates. As evening falls, the venue springs to life and the spectacle begins as diners sip exotic punches and cocktails. West End London is synonymous with theatre and drama, so it is fitting that Circus hosts complementary cabaret style entertainment at centre-stage of the venue. The charming and mind bendingly skillful acts appear in little bursts throughout the night to entertain and delight. After dinner, the adventures continue as the music is turned up and improptu dancing often occurs. With knowledgable cocktail bartenders furnishing guests with cleverly crafted drinks late into the night, diners and drinkers alike can relax for an entire evening, with a seamless transition from bar to dining room to dance-floor.
