I was in London on business and one of my counterparts in negotiations used to live near Exmouth Market. On the final day of negotiations I mentioned that I wanted to take a couple colleagues over there for dinner and asked her if she could...More

This is honestly one of the best places in London and possibly one of the best I have tried around the world. Mediterranean food is expected to be delicious from the sheer creation of the food, but THIS place is just unreal!!! An amazing way...More

Don't be put off by frontage....we nearly changed our minds and went to Moro, next door. So glad we didn't. Within 5 mins of entering and being first people to arrive on a Sunday lunchtime, the place was full and buzzing. Staff were lovely and...More

Firstly I had a sensational tapas dish from Morito Tapas. Beetroot, feta, dill & walnuts. Think this one is a game changer from the salad and veg menu. May have to create this one at home. I also had some superb dishes that included potato...More

Stunning food, bursting with flavours drawn from North Africa and Spain. Every dish brings different influences and spices, it's easy to get carried away with the ordering. Washed down with a chilled Manzanilla and it's a perfect lunch.

Exmouth market has changed immeasurably over the past 20 years and that's a great thing. There are mini-restaurants everywhere and Morito is one of them. The food was expensive, but just about worth it and the service cool without being aloof (although it was close...More

Ideal opportunity to share a caraf of wine and some delicious tapas. We had to wait 20 minutes for a seat on a Saturday night which I thought was reasonable, we had to leave our number whilst we went to a bar on the street...More

Great choice of modern, "Mediterranean" inspired menu, the chef is from Crete, the food shows, well made, fresh, straight forward, a touch of honest home made, something for every type of taste. Go for a choice of 6 dishes if you are in 2. And...More

Really tasty food well worth it. I had prawns with a delicious spicy avocado side, steamed clams and crispy aubergine with a sweet molasses sauce drizzled over it. Really relaxing environment sitting in the window watching the world go by.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site
of an ancient meat market which remains in operation
today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally
renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and
some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a
focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough
time wondering through the area's maze of streets and
you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky

There are two Moritos. One is in Exmouth market (this one) and the other one is in Hackney road (Shoreditch). The menu is the same (or at least similar) but the Hackney one has opened more recently and is much bigger.
