Have visited several times previously, there had been a longish gap since the last time. I’ll keep it brief. The food I had - chicken burger and fries - was very greasy and oily - and tasteless. I couldn’t finish it. Some of the staff...More

We came here after a visit to the Tower of London and walking across Tower bridge. I had the BLT, my husband had the cheese burger. Our lunch was delicious. It was a good choice.

The food is pretty average to put it kindly. They say best fish and chips in the area, but if that was the best, the area must be quite bad. Wine was served in a glass with lipstick on. After 11pm, the music gets turned...More

Another good London pub on Tower Bridge. Gets busy with exhausted office people but a great atmosphere. A great stop for a drink if you've just battled your way across Tower Bridge. Nice staff and normal prices.

A quick meal at the Bridge House started with a warm welcome and prompt service. I just wanted a quick meal so chose the fish and chips. The chips were excellent and the fish ok but the batter was oily and not at all tasty....More

We intended to eat at another location nearby but found it closed, so wandered around and a nearby pub pointed us in this direction - and we were glad we took their advice! Wooden floors and decor make this feel more of a working place,...More

I've had the opportunity to go to London more than once and The bridge house bar is always a good idea. Food is delicious, expecially the shepard's pie! The best I've tried in London. Highly recommended

This was a lesson in not judging by first impressions. At about 1pm, before a matinee at the new Bridge Theatre close by, my wife and I were looking for lunch on New Year’s Eve Sunday when a number of bars and restaurants in the...More

Went for lunch. The menu was interesting. I had the chicken wings for starters followed by Chilli beef. The servings were generous and the meals well prepared. The staff were friendly and the service very good. The Adnams beer was particularly good with the meal.

The environment and host were great the fish was a gut bomb, it was more of a piece of deep fried something with a decent amount of fish. It was too greasy, maybe that’s how people like it, I’m not sure. I wish I had...More
