Enjoyed our dinner in Medlar very much, excellent service and delicious food. We had three courses, and I thought the portion size was perfect. We had two desserts and they were both excellent, would go back here for dessert alone. Would highly recommend. Need to...More

Just occasionally you go to a restaurant where nothing is too much trouble for them. Some of our table wanted vegetarian and they were thoughtfully catered for without fuss. The menu is packed with interesting meals where contrasting flavours are well-chosen and portions are typically...More

I was attracted by this restaurant for its location close to our hotel and because the menu looked interesting if not delicious! How very disappointing however! If they had said "nouvelle cuisine" I would have avoided it. The portions were very small so if you...More

Lovely night, food was very good, maybe a bit rich and buttery, very french style, but vibe and service amazing, we did corkage and the wine service was perfect

Fantastic appetizers: Crab Raviolo and Duck egg tart. Rich in flavors and done to perfection. Main dishes were solid just a tad too bland for my taste (and beef came with oversized potatoes that didn't seem to be a good pairing for it) Attentive service...More

I was taken by friend to this elegant restaurant for a welcoming meal. The menu is interesting and quite original. The food was delicious and tasty; wine list good and appropriately suggested by the sommelier of the house. Service absolutely top class! A fix menu...More

I'll start at the end with the spectacular cheese- a wide, interesting and perfectly ripe selection that is not to be missed. If you are not a real cheese expert let your waiter choose for you. All the menu items were beautifully presented without pretension,...More

Really great value for the quality of the food and service, lovely fit out. Particularly enjoyed the lamb main course and the puddings where truly scrumptious. Superb service. Cannot wait to return.

Medlar was unknown to us but having read the reviews we took a chance. It was a gastronomic delight. Imaginative menu with great flavour and presentation. Even the French champagne and wine was delicious. Thanks to our patient waitress who served us so well. A...More

Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's
upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops,
eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at
its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely
unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this
showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price
tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down
pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal

I am not sure if dogs are allowed at this restaurant. Maybe guide dogs but if they were I would have thought they would be seated outside. You would really need to call the restaurant. Sitting outside is really lovely... More

Yes, they were very helpful indeed in identifying the gluten free menu items and offered to adjust dishes where appropriate. The gluten free bread they gave me was perhaps the best I have ever had.
