Went here for breakfast whilst on our way from our hotel to Covent Garden. It's quite small inside, but the staff are very friendly and the prices were rather reasonable. Food was hot delicious and filling. Recommend if you are staying in Tottenham Court road I want a cheap Proper full English breakfast and don't want to go to McDonald's... More

Saw this on way to British Museum, and went back after seeing the exhibition. Agree with all the reviews, friendly, busy, straightforward menu, good sized portions, although as one reviewer said, cutlery good do with a better wash. But - I tried to go to the toilet, which was down some very steep and narrow stairs and had to walk... More

What a lovely little cafe this is. The food is great, the cost is very reasonable and the staff cannot do enough for you. We go there at least once every time we go to London

Wonderful and tasty full English breakfast. Cooked to perfection and a proper mug of builders tea. Simple and uncomplicated meau, meets all of your choices. Great lunches also, and very good value for money. Small but is very well laid out and exceptionally clean and tidy.

I have been there in 2009. I have eaten for more than 5 times at Franx. It's an amazing place, with excellent, delicious british food. The personel were extremely polite and offered a high quality service. I hope, I will be back soon!

This popular, old school cafe serves a bit of everything - pasta, salads, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, breakfasts... If you're hungry, the portions are very generous. Great location, lovely service. Only 1 thing - it's very small inside. Suggest avoiding during midweek lunch hours.

If you want to get an early start and be at the door of the British Museum when it opens at 10 a.m.,"Franx" is a good place to fuel up before tackling the huge museum. The cafe's only a few minutes' walk from the museum. I was looking for a place in the area to have breakfast, and came across... More
