We went to Kerbisher and Malt today for lunch and won't return. There were what appeared to be new bottles of Heinz ketchup on the table although the contents smelt vinegary and not like Heinz. Then I saw a member of staff filling Heinz bottles from an unbranded big plastic bottle of ketchup! When our cod and chips came, the... More

As a local this "posh chippy" has been a welcome addition to dining choices in Brook Green. I ordered classic fish and chips: battered cod and chips. The fish was ok, but the chips were hard and not well cooked. Having been here many times, the food has gone downhill since it opened. I only hope the proprietors take note... More

If you like fish and chips then this is a place to go to. Food is good and the price is reasonable. OK.

Amazing light and crispy fish, very fresh. Crisp and fluffy chips. Creamy, bright mushy peas. House made tartare sauce and mayonnaise. Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, fast service. They even have a television screen in the dining room so you can watch the cooks fry the fish. There's nothing not to love about Kerbisher & Malt, except it took us until... More

This was my £6.90 portion of haddock ordered to be delivered. It took an hour to arrive and was definitely not worth the wait. Very disappointed.

I came by walking from shepherds bush tube station. I only had Chips cost only £2.20 there were getting busy there. I sat down there give me a glass for free water too. The staff were very friendly. My chips were hot and taste delicious there also sauce salt and pepper there too for taste.

As the most expensive and best reviewed fish and chip shop in my area, I was looking forward to good quality food. Below average cod, and undercooked chips :-( I won't be visiting there again

We paid £22 for fish+chips and cake+chips and two cans of coke.. It's good quality and a good place to eat, and the staff are all lovely but it's extremely expensive. The prices really put me off from going back again.
