The setting, ambience and food are great. Highly recommend for the experience. However, the service is atrocious. Literally the worst I've experienced in a restaurant. I was part of a group of 12. I had to ask for somebody to come and take our drinks order after 20 mins of nothing. The same again for food. The same again when... More

I went last year with friends, and have been back taking various groups since then. The cocktails are fabulous, the service really is above and beyond, especially the most recent visit from our lovely female server who found us another table because ours was reserved after an hour (which we knew when we arrived!). I have tried numerous cocktails and... More

We booked breakfast before a Eurostar trip with plenty of time for a leisurely meal, or so we thought. On arrival we were shown to our seats promptly and asked what hot drinks we wanted. Having moved table because of the cold draft we ordered our food. The coffees arrived about 20 mins after ordering. The waiter confused the soya... More

If you are the sort of person who can flick through your facebook on a crowded noisy tube and not be aware of other passengers then this is a venue for you

Great place to go enjoy a drink - don't just think of it as a place to go to if you are travelling. Really enjoyed my time - good selection of drinks but also a stunning venue. Service was top notch too.

Arrived having booked a table a week earlier. Woman behind the desk appeared uncertain what to do when a customer arrived - started to take me to a table, then mumbled something and returned to the desk. Walked me through an empty restaurant to a horrid table. I pointed to two very nice empty tables; she gain had no idea... More

I adore this place and it is my treat when visiting London. The whole hotel is amazing but I really like the booking office but be prepared to pay. We had to stand at the bar but this gave us the chance to watch the lovey cocktails being made. A great evening.

I liked this place. Who would have thought in the middle of St Pancreas station there is this great bar. We wanted a place not rammed full and we found a busy bar and a good welcome and food service. We ate and drank and there was a live guitar player and he sounded good. An enjoyable 2 hours from... More

I have been several times. Perfect for a business drink and cocktail with friends. Expensive but delicious. Have not eaten there that is next month. Service is attentive and Godfrey is a master behind the bar at what he does and a lovely character. The setting has the wow factor (hence business drink).

We decided to have a spontaneous drink at The Booking Office enroute to my birthday meal. The weather had been awful so a little stop at a nice bar felt like the perfect antidote. Alex Ruiz, our waiter, could not have been more helpful and kind. When he found out I was celebrating my birthday he suprised me with a... More

Description
Situated in the original station's ticket hall, the Booking Office Bar & Restaurant at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel is one of the most inspirational places to enjoy a drink in the City. Reviving the tradition of the station cafe, the cathedral-like drama of the space, combined with 29m-long bar and menu serving classic British dishes, are conversation-stoppers at any time of day. A striking setting for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, the Booking Office also offers an array of punches and mixed drinks recreated from lost recipes from the Victorian era, as well as a range of bespoke and seasonal cocktails.
