Ingredients a premium choice and everything is cooked express. The ‘Cassola alla Cagliaritana’ is supreme and comes topped by a huge carabinero prawn (much bigger, tastier and more expensive than the usual tiger prawns). Mussels and clams tasted as they are supposed to if we were in Italy (so rare in London). The taglierini are a must, presented in a... More

This restaurant has for a long time had great support from us local customers. Very sadly the chef doesn't give the staff any freedom to serve cheese to customers. Everything in the restaurant is locked after a certain hour. I would recommend that you place your order for all your courses on arrival. I know that's not normal, but the... More

Fourth trip here. A bit out of the way but definitely worth it. I'm not sure where outside of Italy you'll find grilled calamari. It's terrific. I've even tried it at home. However, I can't get it before it's frozen. Not exactly the same. Quality of the buratta superb. All pastas cooked the way they were meant to be. Have... More

Not a great energy here. Its plain Italian food with no twist or suprice but well cooked. Gentel staff with low energy as well.

You can tell a lot about a restaurant from how they treat a solo diner; Sapori Sardi passed the test with flying colours. I received a warm welcome even without a reservation, and the service was terrific throughout (thanks, Sebastiano). I asked for advice about what to choose from the menu, great suggestions thanks. And the zabalione, oh the zabalione!... More

This is much more than your typical local Italian - the choice and quality of the food were both in the excellent bracket with some interesting dishes I have never had before. It's a little more expensive than a normal Italian restaurant, but you definitely get what you pay for. This is my second review of the restaurant which confirms... More

We ate twice at Sapori Sardi on our recent visit to London and enjoyed it immensely on both occasions. The staff are very friendly, the service excellent and the Sardinian/Italian food and wine interesting and good. I would certainly recommend this restaurant if you are in the west Fulham area.

My partner and I went there for his birthday. We had a nice lunch, especially the starter were really good. The only disappointment was that we were looking forward to have the Seadas (tipical Sardinian dessert made with pecorino and honey) but they were already finished.

We took our son and girlfriend for a relaxing meal and were received with great warm hospitality and food that was high quality and comforting. A small restaurant and quality service.

I went with some friends to this restaurant the first time when it had just opened. I had fregola with seafood and it was absolutely delicious and a good portion as well. But keep a little space for a dessert as it is a must, from tiramisu to pannacotta or the typical seadas, amazing taste and great presentations. I keep on... More

Loosely translated as ‘Sardinian flavours’, this cosy family-run newcomer on Fulham Road nails its regional colours to the mast with a menu that highlights the island’s rustic specialties and native produce. Come here for bowls of spaghetti laced with bottarga (dried mullet roe), malloreddus ‘gnocchi’ with sausage ragù and pecorino or monkfish wrapped in Sardinian air-dried ham (served with sautéed courgettes, chilli and mint). The kitchen also knocks out its share of trattoria staples, from grilled calamari with tangy salmoriglio dressing to seafood risotto and calf’s liver with butter and sage.
