There's usually a long waiting line and it's pretty clear why! There coffee is simply the best you can get in London. As the weather was great, I got a soy iced latte and it was the best!!

I work nearby, and I always go to Monmouth for my after-lunch coffee. They have a "today's filter coffee" which means that the taste of the filter coffee varies from day to day, but even when I don't like the day's beans much, the coffee...More

If you happen to be at Borough Market, do grab a coffee from Monmouth. They have a good selection of beans and it's the best coffee we have tried in London. My girlfriend thinks it's the brown sugar they provided that made the difference, but...More

If your looking for the perfect cup of coffee and don't mind queuing for this then you won't be disappointed. Very busy and not much room to sit down more a takeaway option. The coffee is freshly roasted and made by great baristas and is...More

I went to Borough Market on Tuesday at around 11am. The takeaway queue at Monmouth Coffee was short but the cafe was filled with people. If time had permitted, I would really like to sit in at Monmouth, have a cuppa and people-watch. I ordered...More

Finally a coffee shop in London that makes a flavoursome flat white with an espresso machine in the hands of a competent barista (Alice in this case) who brings out the subtleties of the blend, and tops it with good crema. So often cafes are...More

I wanted coffee so joined the queue, absorbed the smell and waited. Slowly I proceeded to the expectation and eventually, BINGO an espresso whose taste stayed with me for about 30 minutes. Excellent premium coffee for £2 but why wait so long. Pick up a...More

Monmouth coffee is a winner, excellent service, great range of beans to take away and perfect range of coffees to drink in. A great stop off if your in the area and unlike the chains around here the coffee is interesting. During the weekends Monmouth...More

What a wonderful place to drink coffee. As well as a variety of coffees for sale, there are breads and pastries to eat with them. We had a Colombian filter and it was great. Probably the best coffee house in London.

If you want some of fabulous coffee. Rustic atmosphere, always a queue because the coffee is worth waiting for

They don't. Seating is also communal so usually you share a table with others. Also, its a few steps up to the tables and not much space so a buggy may not make it there either. There's a wide stool outside which is what I... More
