I read so much about this place, but was a bit disappointment when I tried it. I didn't enjoy it that well, won't go again.

I have been to Primrose bakery a couple of times in the past on visits to London. Called in today as needed a sugar rush. Managed to get a seat and my husband and I had a cupcake each and a hot drink. Cakes were nice but not as moist as I remember on past visits. The staff were also... More

I really want the primrose bakery to do well. The celebration cakes aren't as beautiful or as delicious as they used to be. They seem a bit dry. Please restore my faith.

Best cupcakes I have ever tasted, with prices reasonable. They have a variety of confections, but their best are cupcakes; they have daily specials as well as classics which are always readily available. MY favourite is salted caramel cupcake. Definitely recommended, and a must for me when in London.

Went there today cute little bakery for some hot drinks, as we were quite early for the theatre, had a couple of drinks which were fine, plus the cakes the size of a 2 pence piece for £1.60 each (London prices fine too) but it was so dry!! Such a disappointment as they are famous for their cupcakes, perhaps I... More

I went to primrose bakery in search of a last minute birthday cake , I told them exactly what I wanted , they told me to come back in an hour to kick up my cake. Although it was a little pricey , the quality of the cake was well worth the moneyed way better than a super market bought... More

We came on on Saturday and ordered some fantastic cupcakes and drinks which I have no complaints about. Despite only 1other table of 2being present we were ignored for 10minutes with the 2girls chatting away behind the counter and the order not coming for another 15minutes (2cupcakes/milkshake&a coffee). The staff were being rude about the other table after they had... More

We stumbled across this lovely bakery whilst waiting for the Leighton House museum open last Sunday. What a treat! The cupcakes were very nice indeed! It's very small place so don't expect to bring a large group for coffee and cake - there are three tables - but otherwise it's a great place to grab some special treats after a... More
