Warm and welcoming pub, cool atmosphere and customers. It offers always new beers and the fish and chips is very tasty. Live music; despite the crowd, here you can feel like home

Nice pub with good food and sweet potato fries that are out of this world. Very convenient for after theatre drinks. Right by Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and not too busy on Sunday night. Last orders on Sunday at 10.30 pm

It was slow when we visited. Still the barman was pleasant and efficient. We ordered wine, while some pints and early lunches were served around us. The food looked delicious, if standard bar fare. We'll try it next time. The bar was spotless and tidy,...More

Dropped in for a meal and a drink. Nice pub, busy as it was a Saturday afternoon with tennis on the projector screen. Fish & Chips was nice. Colleague bought over food and within two minutes came back to see if it was okay. I...More

We recently had our work Christmas party at the Spice of Life and I can't speak highly enough of it. The space itself is the large, private downstairs room which is well air conditioned and has great acoustics. The staff were amazing and really helpful...More

I've been coming to this pub for more than twenty years, partly because I used to live in Hertfordshire and this pub is owned and offers ales brewed by a brewery in Hertfordshire. On a brief visit to London, I pondered where to have lunch...More
