I've been their regular for so many years now. Whenever I'm in Holborn, I drop by to have one of their tasty cakes or just to pick up a quick bite from their simple menu. Went there to have cream tea and sandwiches. The place has a nice location, service is swift and the price was great as it was a Groupon offer. Will definitely go again.

The welcome was great, the staff were lovely, and even though we were using a gift voucher we were not tried to sell anything we didn't need.

We visited this branch of Patisserie Valerie after a hot and tiring walk around Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade and Parliament Square. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient. The cakes were delicious. The pots of tea were excellent. Refreshed we continued our walk back to our hotel suitably refreshed.
