Have been more than ten times. One of my favourite hotel lobbies in London. You can have a quick bite, piece of cake with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine in the bar in the neighbouring room.

Having arrived for tea around 3:30pm I was shocked to see how untrained and unprofessional staff were. After being told the place was full (despite having a number of seats/tables empty) I was told to wait by reception for a free table. When I pointed...out to the hostess that there were no seats in the reception area, she just shrugged her shoulder and blatantly said: there's nothing I can do... After standing by reception for about 15 minutes I managed to get a seat and kept an eye on any potential tables in the Lounge becoming available. After an agonizing 30 minutes wait I noticed one couple leaving. The hostess did not come to me nor indicated that a table was free. After being ignored completely by all the waitresses/waiter and hostesses/hosts I marched into the direction of the Lounge and asked if I could take the table which was vacant. They all seem confused and unapologetic and after a couple of minutes one of them said: that table is reserved Sir. I would need to wait longer. When I pointed out that there were other tables which were apparently free - all of which with the reserved sign on and none of which were ever taken by anyone - I was told to take the table by the window. It was another 15 minutes after seating until I had to ask for the Menu - no one could be bothered to bring one to my table and all the staff - most of them looking very young and inexperienced - were more worried about laughing/talking amongst themselves and were too busy to look after customers. I was then joined by my guest, we asked for coffees and cakes, which took an eternity to arrive. The air con seemed off by the windows and the area was freezing. Service was appalling and staff appeared not to be bothered with our presence. Overpriced and poor service. I have travelled the world and my guest happened to be a Saudi Prince, who was horrified at how poor the whole experience was. It is a shame that poorly trained staff are bringing down the Bulgari brand. Never again.More

Been here twice for cakes and tea, and I have never been disappointed. Excellent service and exquisite cakes (they also serve special cakes and cookies during the Christmas season)! They also have their signature Caramel & Chocolate tea which is what keeps me coming back!...Definitely recommend this place & I will be back again :)More

First all the bar is fab cocktails are very nice, and the ambience is very relaxed and not too busy. I went with my mother and sister what we found is the staff lack the etiquette of to busy talking to one another rather than...serving incoming guests. I had to call over the waiter three times which shouldn’t have to be the case. Are they there to serve or here to socialise?More

On Thursday 28th June myself and three friends visited the bulgari hotel for afternoon tea. Along with us was our 4 babies all between 6 and 7 months. As mothers to young babies we were extremely nervous about taking the babies with us to such...an exclusive hotel. We should not have worried as from the second we walked in Jonas and his team could not have done enough. Not only did he welcome us in he made us feel at ease and did everything he could to help 4 tired mums relax and enjoy our friends 40th birthday celebration. The food was amazing and you get seconds on everything; what is there not to love about this place! I cannot thank Jonas enough for how relaxed he made us and the babies feel. Jonas is a credit and asset to the hotel. Thank you for such a fabulous afternoon we will be back soon.More

This hotel bar is the perfect place to start a decadent night out. Opulence at its finest, my friends and I visited this bar for a couple of cocktails before we headed out for a night on the town. It costs a pretty penny but...then again, you don't expect any less from a brand of this calibre and it is totally worth the splurge for a special occasion. The atmosphere is lovely and service fantastic.More
This bar comes alive after 8 pm. The cocktails are good, the music is not too loud, the staff is polite and attentive, the food is ok. Stop for a drink if stay in the hotel.
Afternoon tea , I made a reservation but we were clearly unexpected as table not set up , sent to wrong area , finally got table and didn’t have order taken for 20 minutes so no food or tea for 45 minutes .
I have been there a couple of times and it never disappoints. Lovely atmosphere, good drinks and great staff. Service was fantastic and, overall, not as expensive as it looks. Definitely going back.
I absolutely loved our recent visit at the bar. Great atmosphere and good cocktails.Special thank you to Antonio Tomas Maria and Vincenzo for you tremendous service. We will definitely be back
After arriving in the Hotel in the Evening, we decided on having dinner in the Bar. Very good food and even better drinks. Service was really friendly and professional.
We stopped here for drinks at the main bar and I can say that we will be coming back! Our cocktails were lovely, but the ambience, relaxed atmosphere, music and service were excellent. Sitting in the sofa area facing the bar, we enjoyed Rossini's and...Amaretto Sours. To be completely honest, the nibbles are better elsewhere (I recommend Lanesborough Hotel Bar if you like your nibbles with drinks), but this didn't spoil a lovely experience. My tip : Ring ahead and reserve a sofa area so you can really relax and enjoy your surroundings!More
Loved the ambience, food and experience. This lovely place is well worth a visit for special occasion
Use the bar very often and familiar with the wonderful Italian staff there ! Was there last week end leaving big bucks as always with friends and started to rain.. Time to leave and I have asked for an umbrella to the doormen... " we...ran out!"..which is perfectly fine... he directed me to Reception where snobbish lady asked me if I was a Hotel Guest ( since when...do you answer a question with another question? )..lady couldn't be bothered so she sent me to concierge desk .... the concierge was sympathetic enough...he looked around and then told me that he had to check with housekeeping...,15 minutes to get an umbrella...couldn't be bothered anymore... I had dinner booked next door at Zuma and I would have bring it back at the end of the dinner ... appealing service ....will never come back ( and sorry for the waiters).More
