My son and I headed here on a trip to London after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and wow! We had a great dinner of dumplings, nigiri, and sushi and ginger pork bento boxes. The staff were very friendly, the service quick, the prices very good especially for central London and everything was absolutely delicious. And if you have any... More

I've visited Misato twice and I absolutely love the food and the prices as well. It's such good food and the portions are huge. The staff however is quite rushed (the restaurant has had a queue both times and you'll have to wait for some time) and I've felt a bit rushed by the staff to finish my food. Last... More

We have been visiting this place with friends every time they come to visit us in London. This hidden place in the heart of London is a must. Nice food at a very good prize for central London. The chicken katsu curry is great and decent sushi.

We were at Soho last night, because it was 11pm most of the restaurants were closed, we have chosen that one!!! Food was ok , but our bill was having 10% service which was not obligatory!!! They took all off our money change plus that extra 10% . Horrible service!!!

Misato is only a small place, but it's definitely becoming a favourite of mine. It's no-frills - you can't book a table in advance and you can't pay by card, but the food is authentically Japanese, the booze is excellent (try the Umeshu Plum Wine, you won't be disappointed) and the prices are fantastic. A large plate of rice, katsu... More

Misato is a lovely little place to grab some tasty and will priced food. I'd recommend the sushi set, a great variety for under £8 can't go wrong!

It is the best restaurant I know in london in relation of the price and the quality, not just about japanese restaurants. The sushi is nice, the rice dishes are huge and tasty and the bento boxes are beautiful. Highly recomended. I dont write often in tripadvisor but I think this restaurant really deserves.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
