From outside it doesn't look to appealing, but inside is much better, but they could work on being more cosy place especially in this weather. But we are not here to rate the decor... The queue was lang, but it went very smooth and in no time we have been ordering the lunch. Good value for money and very friendly... More

I've been there cause I read the comments on the internet before. But it wasn't good. The boss was unfriendly to the customers and to his stuff. The food was too less for the prices. And the most baddest thing it was sooo cold inside like you can't sit there and enjoy your food when you come from the outside... More

Dear Mani, I'm sorry to hear about your experience at our restaurant. Could you please contact bartosz@hbros.co.uk as we would like to hear more detailed feedback about your experience, so we can address is directly and make sure it won't happen again as that's not Hummus Bros standard at all. I've visited this place with my partner on a non busy weekday for dinner. We had a Hummus platter and a Quinoa salad. Both dishes were good sized and the ingredients tasted fresh enough. We were overall happy as the price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. The only "bad" thing I can point out is that everything... More

Walked past this joint and saw a sign about a lunch-deal, sweet-potato wrap for £4.95. Gave it a try, and it was great value. Tasty and large and got me going for the rest of the afternoon. Will try other dishes in the future.

Visited for a casual dinner with friends looking for a change from the usual cycle of Italian and Asian cuisine. Food is reasonably priced with plenty of choice (if you like hummus!) service is good and the whole affair is satisfyingly unpretentious. Probably a better lunch than dinner stop but will happily return.

We had two hummus bowls with bbq chicken and guacamole. They served it immediately and it was very good, we loved it. Good atmosphere, shared tables and large benches, but feeling a bit rushed (most people come for a quick lunch) with customers standing up waiting next to your table for you to leave. Would come back!

Free wi-fi, friendly service and filling food. What more would you like to get from a place to have a happy lunch.

Having walked past Hummus Bros a few times, I decided on my most recent visit to London to visit and see 'what the fuss was about'. Wow is all I can say - the hummus bowls were absolutely delicious and come with many different toppings such as chicken, falafel and guacamole to name just three. The staff were very helpful... Went for lunch and had the guacamole and falafel hummus bowl and a tabouleh salad, and absolutely loved every bite (although I did struggle with the sheer amount of hummus towards the end!). Absolutely delicious food, and friendly staff. My only niggle is that the side salads are really tiny, but very enjoyable all the same. The warm pitta is... More

Been multiple times over the years and always tasty simple food. The older guy who works there really nice and friendly, helpful too. Would recommend to anyone to try.

Description
Hummus Bros was born on a glorious hot day in May 2003, when, as two college friends, we were searching for something filling and healthy that would taste great, and still leave some change for drinks at the Union Bar. Passing on the usual options of pizza or sandwiches, we stumbled out of a small specialist delicatessen with three basic ingredients: pitta bread, hummus and olive oil. In no time at all, the bowls of hummus were wiped spotlessly clean. "I could eat a good meal like that everyday!" someone remarked. We looked at each other and smiled - a dream was born: to open a place dedicated to hummus.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
