A lovely 'garden' type feel to the restaurant. Excellent seafood & fish. Good & friendly service. You can drop in for oysters & a glass of champagne or you can have a full meal. Recommend it.

Having experienced Hibiscus; I was extremely excited to visit Claude's new venture, within this iconic building. As I ventured up the stairs, I was greeted warmly and I stepped into the most beautiful light and airy dining room, with two stunning stain-glass windows. I totally...More

In Mr. Bosi's past, there are 2 Michelin stars and I foresee that there may return to him in the not-too-distant future. We went for lunch to take advantage of the very attractive prix fixe menu offered during part of the week. The lunch menu...More

Nice place in Michelin house with a real French brasserie feeling. The food, a lobster pasta for 27 £ , was to well done and total tasteless. The cocktail before dinner arrived at the same time as the pasta. The wine we ordered came a...More

I have been going to Bibendum for years. I love it. Bright and cheerful in magnificent Art Deco building. The menu is excellent and the service brilliant. The team are amazing and, on occasions, have even persuaded the chef to make me a variation from...More

We've been fans of Monsieur Bosi since his days in Ludlow so we couldn't wait to visit Bibendum. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted by a delightful young woman and taken to our table. All the staff were courteous, charming and very...More

We went to Bibendum for lunch expecting the old-style restaurant (which was fine, but maybe a bit tired) and were pleasantly surprised by the new enterprise. The meet and greet at the main entrance was charming and set the scene for a level of service...More

Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's
upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops,
eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at
its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely
unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this
showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price
tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down
pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal

Bibendum, the flagship of the Conran gastro empire is housed in the historic Michelin building on groovy Brompton Cross. As you might expect, it delivers topnotch French food with impeccable service in a spacious chic setting. In fact, the food is so delicious that one is in danger of leaving the premises feeling like the Michelin man himself. Fabulous wine list to complement the menu and an ideal location to indulge in a little post lunch shopping on the cross or down Walton Street. With a set menu for lunch at £36 you can enjoy a 'grande bouffe' without a grand bill.
