I went there on the 30th of November with 3 more friends. I've been going to this chain for years now, and I have never experience such a rude reaction to a problem not here, not in another restaurant. I asked for a tom yum soup which I had had before, when it arrived, it looked different, so I asked... More

Went to celebrate a birthday party and had an awesome time. We were a large group and got quick service. Our server's name is Beatriz she deserves a gold medal. Absolute star, very cheerful. Highly recommend

We have visited a group of friends this weekend and can only say that we have loved it. Delicious food, decor and service, especially from our waitress Bea who made us feel at home. Highly Recommended.

Really tasty food specially the squid, efficient service - a pleasant experience thanks to our waiter Waleria. We tried the seasonal Christmas menu, the chicken was a good recommendation from our waiter - I loved it :)

Great food, good portions, good value, great service. Went as a group of 4 friends on a Saturday night. Able to seat us within 5 mins on a large square table. Although awkward sitting with other groups, nice sociable atmosphere. Food was tasty and fresh. Waitress able to deal with our requests well, but maybe would ask from the outset... More

i love Busaba and have in almost weekly. But this time the experience was even better, with the service provided by a lovely girl called Lucie. She was incredibly friendly and made the queueing process much easier, by checking up on us regularly and making sure we're ok. I would go back to that particular branch just to receive such... A large queue standing outside a full restaurant caught my eye. I was delighted (as a solo diner) to be brought to a table immediately. The seating is communal around large square tables with 3 people on each side (on comfy banquets). I chose from the Xmas themed special menu. Starter (smoked duck on a cucumber salad) & main (chicken)... More

If you love Thai food then you will really like this place but be warned to leave some of your "normal" expectations at the door, including using chop sticks, fusions of other Asian influences (most notably Indonesian), and include s disposition to try the things you don't know as some of the more traditional dishes, such as the Pad Thai,... I have been a MASSIVE fan and advocate of Busaba for years, standing in the queue in Soho was a regular and exciting experience. But I have noticed recently that things have changed, and it's heartbreaking! Last night, the normal dishes that I dream about were disappointing and lacking the flavours and tastes I have grown to love. Even the... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
