We went here on a Saturday evening and the staff and manager were very welcoming and sat us in a nice and cozy area near the heater. The food was good and they bake the bread right in front of you in a huge furnace. Would definitely recommend.

My partner is from Iran we decided to find Persian food restaurant... Google directed us here. The atmosphere was very quiet... We were the only people there. The decor met the Persian style. The food was nice and fresh but for this price they charge should be plenty more salad. We wouldn't recommend to our friends as it wasn't anything... More

Nice Persian food. Went with family and friends after reading reviews on trip advisor. We had mix BBQ platter and it was very nicely cooked. Friendly staff.

We visited this restaurant on our first day in London. The place is small but the food and service was great. We were offered a special tea while we waited. We had the lamb platter which was soft and tasty.

Delicious Persian restaurant, very fresh and tasty food and a wonderful oven for freshly baked bread! Perfect for a group or for a quite catch up. Very friendly staff. You can bring your own bottle of wine. Very good prices too. In the summer there is a lovely, quiet terrace at the back! Highly reccomended!

The food is good and portions are big. However, in my opinion there are better Persian restaurants with cheaper prices. I have been to many Persian restaurants and I think the prices are a bit high at this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a nice garden at the back where you can eat your... Towards the upper end of the strip of Middle Eastern restaurants that is Edgware Road sits Kandoo. This Persian restaurant is one of our favourite local restaurants. Service is always charming, the food beautifully prepared with top ingredients, the bread, cooked in front of you in the oven by the front window deserves special mention. And when we have a... This is a local restaurant and we hadn't been there for years. There is only one person in the restaurant waiting at tables. The food is mediocre, nothing like we hqve tasted at other Persian restaurants. The decor is looking very tired, the walls are dirty, all in all if the place was spruced up it would have a much... A charming family-run Persian restaurant, Kandoo presents a tempting array of Middle Eastern cuisine and mezze dishes. There is a secluded garden for al fresco dining.

Dishes include marinated grilled meats with home made naturally leavened flatbreads and Persian fluffy rice in many guises. Doogh, a Persian yoghurt drink is a must try and the rose water scented desserts tempt many.

Kandoo restaurant has a welcoming, authentic interior with deep terracotta walls, Moorish tiling and Persian artefacts. Between Edgware Road and Maida Vale, Kandoo operates a bring your own (BYO) wine policy with absolutely no corkage charge.

Just moments away from Little Venice. Nearest tubes: Warwick Avenue, Edgware Road
