I went for lunch today with my husband, daughter and her partner. It was my second visit and the first for the rest of our party. It was nice, but not as good as last year. That may be because I chose the a la...More

Visited River Cafe recently with 4 friends. First off the tables are far too small as to be uncomfortable - water, wine, glasses , cutlery etc leaves very little room for when your meal arrives. Waiter(s) seemed more interested in chatting too each other - when meal...More

With a lot of expectations me and my wife had booked an evening at this high ranked restaurant. The restaurant itself has an intresting design, with an overvirw to all the staff that do everything from the drinks to the chef. A good idea to...More

Very good quality food and service. The chef is pretty amazing as I have never had an average meal here. The breadth of menu choice is wide and the prompt service at every stage is impressive. Yet for all that it is still grossly overpriced...More

This is a charming and lovely place, great food - some dishes are historic, great service, the only downside is that the prices are eye wateringly expensive. But still a very good place indeed.

I would recommend the tasting menu. The food was very good, well presented and very tasty. The staff was helpful, attentive and not intrusive. Good atmosphere and excellent venue for spotting celebrities. We had dinner in the private room which was a added bonus to...More

We went for dinner on a Friday night. We were probably the second table as we went at 7pm when the restaurant opens for dinner service . As we enter, my wife forgot the door open. The receptionist requested my wife to go back to...More

Hello, it's not too far to be honest, if you are staying in the West End it will take you 15 minutes by taxi or Uber.
