Looked online for the best pancakes in London and was not disappointed by My Old Dutch in Holborn. We were served the most enormous and delicious pancakes! Mine was sweet and my wife's savoury. Really nice atmosphere. Busy but staff were attentive. We''ll definitely be back!

At a first glance, it seems really nice. Unfortunately it was not as I thought. The service was poor. Not enough staff, which explain the fact of waitresses rushing everywhere. Only the man, which should be the supervisor, was attentive, but still rushed. The food was okay. A good point, they do have gluten free option. I preferred the sweet... More

This is a supposedly typical Dutch pancake house, in the sense that one also gets non sweet toppings on thin pancakes or crepes. The typical fillings for these pancakes you get in the Netherlands were missing from the menu, so that was slightly disappointing. Furthermore, the quality and combinations of the fillings on the pancakes we ordered were not great.... More

We used to go here many many years ago when we worked in Holborn, was a bit of a Friday lunch treat place for us, so decided to see what it was like now, have to say thoroughly enjoyed it, hardly changed which was amazing. Lovely waitresses, prompt but not rushed service, the menu rang bells with us (my wife... More

I was craving something sweet so we came here for a waffle or pancakes. Firstly we sat down and weren't given menus, the staff are rushed off their feet so it took a while to get their attention. We had a young girl waiting us and she was lovely and helpful, but some of the other staff had such long... More

We went there for dessert and took an apple and cinnamon pancake to share. I was looking forward to a warm and sweet apple puree with cinnamon pancake but got instead a partially burnt pancake with pieces of the most acidic apples I've ever had... Not great...

Popped in last night for an old times sake meal. Used to go here all the time, but 3yrs ago decided never again after a long wait, poor service and chipped plates. Anyway I returned because my friend had never been. I had the my old Dutch pancake. Nothing like it used to be. Much too thick and stodgy. Rind... More

Had breakfast here for a treat on our trip to London. Wow what a breakfast. Pancakes, strawberries, maple syrup, Nutella and icing sugar and crunchy bacon. Just what I needed for a day in London.

My husband and I visited this with our two young children. The staff were friendly and interacted with our children well. However we were disappointed with the value for money. The food isn't bad but considering we paid £30 for three pancakes (one of them being a kids pancake that our children shared) we felt it was overpriced and wish... More
