So I bought an afternoon tea experience through Virgin Experience Days for my partner as a Christmas present and we finally got round to using it today. We were a little early as the restaurant didn’t open until 1pm so we went for a drink...More

I'll start on a positive note. The food is good and so is the location..... then it heads downhill. I can't help thinking that the Carnaby Restaurant is the poor brother to the silk restaurant which is in the same hotel. We walked in and...More

We recently visited hear on a Red Letter day experience. While the staff were very friendly the food was average, we had two sandwiches each only but the cakes were ok. Very slow and very average.

AVOID...I don't really know where to start but I don't know how this even has 3 stars on here. We came as a 2 course dinner with champagne after seeing a movie at the courthouse cinema. We were shown in to the restaurant which seemed...More

We had booked for afternoon tea through a red letter day experience. Arrived at the restaurant and they had not been informed of our booking. Waitress was friendly and seated us. Took longer than it should have done for her to return to the table...More
