I love chunks of parmesan with grissini and tomatoes. The food was great as were portion sizes. A bit overpriced but I suppose its location location. Service excellent. As i said a good, solid old fashioned Italian, a pleasant change from nouvelle cuisine etc.

Mario and Valerio have retired and are no longer active in the well established Italian eatery, where the standards of excellence have been set by two of the best restauranteurs in London. The atmosphere is similar as it could never be the same without Mario...More

Well located, immensely popular Italian cuisine restaurant offering fine options of dishes and Italian wines. When we visited, it was fully booked up around 8.30 pm on a week day - were informed that table bookings be best done a few days in advance.

Nice Italian food overpriced. The service excellent but the waiters shouldn't puss you to have dessert if you refuse. The sea bass that we ordered was the proper size and well cooked.

Incredibly expensive meal for what was a really unhappy experience. The tables are so close together, waiter's crashing in and out, hideously set up, lacking the cosy italian charm, we felt extremely rushed and lacked in a lot of care. The food was nice though...More

This is a very busy and popular Italian restaurant within walking distance of Harrods. It is also a little noisy but then it is Italian! The menu is extensive as is the wine list. The staff are very friendly and the service is efficient. The...More

I went to this restaurant late on a Sunday night, about 9:45. I was alone, but the Owner managed to find a single table for me. The menu is on the pricier side, but most importantly the food lives up to it. The latest time...More
