I am meeting a friend for lunch straight from the airport- is there a dress code? (Or are jeans- no holes & black Nike's OK?)

No dress code but you may feel better in smart casual. Jeans are ok so long as smart enough. The "City" lost a lot of pomposity years back. If you are a man, forget the tie. Hope this helps.
