This chain deserves to go to the same way as other (superior) italian chains across the UK. The food is mediocre, service average and the prices high (granted the location is great). The vegetarian pastas were truly woeful, the pizzas were bland and perhaps the...More

Although the location is very good, the food and the service was bad. The pasta was overcooked and the taste was bad. The maragarita pizza was very salty and you could barely find the cheese. The Green salad was awful. It’s a pity to be...More

Boasting an enviable location in the very centre of Leicester Square, surrounded by some of the capital's biggest cinemas, Bella Italia is a haven for visitors to the area who are looking for an affordable yet good quality meal. With Piccadilly Circus, Soho and Covent Garden at its fingertips, this popular Italian restaurant is always buzzing with hungry sightseers and shoppers. The menu is full of tasty, traditional Italian dishes such as the baked chicken breast topped with mozzarella cheese and smoky bacon and tomato sauce or the classic antipasti selection with smoked Italian ham, salami, bruschetta, mozzarella and olives. Tiramisu is a must try for dessert, light sponge soaked in coffee and Marsala wine layered with mascarpone and zabaglione cream and dusted with cocoa powder.
