The service and the food was very slowly, we order chicken and the waitress didn't tell us that will take more than 30 minutes to be ready. The pasta was dry, and they try to overcharge us more plates.

A consistently good restaurant chain that always seems to deliver. Relatively quiet, good customer service and tasty food - we had the lasagne.

Well, if you're looking for a real Italian food, that tastes properly Italian, you should not go in there. This place is for tourists that pretend to be eating Italian food. The prices are also very expensive for the kind of food they provide. But if you care only about carbohydrates, go for it. Also, in the menu there's no... More

Very disappointed! We eat at different BI at least 3 times a month. Last night was by far the worst. Placed our group at seperate tables because couldn't get party of 8 together. Before we got our coats off they made a table for a party of 10 for another group. Took 30 minutes to order. One table was finished... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
