This is a lovely restaurant, in a cosy room with a log fire, with a great historic feel to it. You can’t help wondering whether Dickens or Captain Cook have just walked out... It’s at the back, behind the bar. The menu was good -...More

Lovely place for a pint. Noticed they do dog holidays so will be back to enjoy that. My wife had a great gin cocktail and we enjoyed playing board games upstairs in the lounge with the fire going. Just lovely.
