Arrived just as pub was opening and were glad we did. They managed to fit us in even though we hadn’t booked but pub did get very busy so I reckon a reservation is the best plan. Good service, prompt and attentive without being pushy....More

Interesting quirky place, very well done. Brilliant attentive & helpful staff. Arranged to meet friends here for lunch because of the easy parking. Everyone was pleased with their food from an interesting menu. Can't fault it; easily the best place we found in the area...More

Today’s lunch was: The Little Angel Beef Burger - the patty was so deliciously juicy and the accompanying smoked garlic mayo was delectable! Dessert was the Warm Chocolate Brownie with Salted Caramel Ice Cream... Both were exquisite! Ambiance & Service were fantastic, if I lived...More

A tad disappointed. Nice setting. Burger a little dry and not great. Roast beef a bit on the fatty side. Roast potatoes and veg prepared very well.

The Little Angel is a little gem in Henley. Great beer and food and all served with a smile. A really nice atmosphere tops off a great pub and restaurant! Highly recommended

I have now been to this pub a couple of times with my daughter, elderly mother and dog. The staff are always welcoming, it is best to book in advance as it is very popular. There is a reasonable size car park for parking and...More

So, having had no food since breakfast we were a little hungry and arrived at this hotel at 6.30pm. The Little Angel starts as a quirky, characterful hotel and morphs into a huge , well appointed restaurant. We especially liked the printed photo of the...More

The service was fantastic but I tell you what; the salami that was offered as a snack was amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. The food is good and the beers are pleasantly poured. A great pub to visit.

The Little Angel is all things to all people. It is a historic, perfectly placed pub and eating house at the foot of Remenham Lane, just before you go over Henley bridge into Henley on Thames. With a large car park, a reputation for great service, food and ambience, this pub is the busiest in the area and deservedly is on most itineraries of anyone visiting Henley on Thames. From the outside, it looks a quaint little pub but enter its hallowed doorway and you will find the most unique, beautifully designed space, with space being a key word. They can seat over 100 without a problem and can hold private functions for over 350 standing. Weddings, corporate functions, you name it, they can do it. They have a superb, professional and friendly team that can assist with most requests. Food is seasonal, fresh, cooked to order and with quarterly changing A la Carte and daily delicious specials, this pub is patronised all year round for lunch, dinner, drinks at their large and buzzy bar or when weather shows some joy, in their large, patioed garden that looks onto the quintessential Henley Cricket Club playing grounds. Jugs of Pimms, Pitchers of beer sit comfortably alongside ice buckets full of champagne and provence rose. If you haven't been to Henley or to The Little Angel, it is well worth a visit. The historic River Thames is just 100 yards away. Walk to it, from it or drive, as you wish but do GO!
