Stopped in for dinner. A pub serving Italian food? The food was more appropriate as airline food. The service was inattentive (I hate having to get up and find the waitress to get a bill).

We often visit The Mitre in Oxford as it has a brilliant atmosphere. Their dining room window seats are perfect for people watching on the beautiful Oxford High Street and the staff couldn't be friendlier.
The food, the people, the atmosphere were all excellent! We ended up eating there almost every night. The Mitre is reasonably priced and has fabulous desserts!
