They have this silky smooth lemon delicious cheesecake. Besides the service was great 👍🏻 I don't know why everyone is complaining about it.

As the title suggests all did not go well............had the afternoon tea booked (2pm) and after 45mins a three tiered sandwich and cake holder arrived. To our dismay it was then retrieved by the waiter who put it on an adjoining table minus the two sandwiches we were eating. Cue (understandable) complaint from them. After a further 15mins this waiter... More

They tried to put things right but lunch was about an hour coming. When it did, it was poor. Maybe cakes and coffee would have been okay.

Website states they cater for children but this wasn't the case for us today. Booked in advance for 2 adults and 2 children and were seated at a small round table. When the waiter came to take our order he advised that they didn't do afternoon tea for children which contradicts the Patisserie Valerie website. When I booked I made... More

Called in on a freezing day. We ordered pot of tea and scones. They arrived lovely and warm which was lovely. Had with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Wonderful. Would go again.

The cake was fantastic and the eggs Benedict were really good too. However, the service was incompetent and slow. But the food made more than up for it.

They make lovely coffee and hot chocolate but the cakes are way over priced to eat in. The seating is cramped and your in the middle of a department store, so not the prices you would expect when popping into a department store for a coffee. Cakes loaded with calories, so avoid if watching your figure.

Cakes are delicious as standard Patisserie Valerie but this shop is quite small in the centre of shopping mall. I think staff tried to do their best to serve foods and drinks in tiny space. Not the place you can take time to chat or having afternoon tea. It better to order take away and just sip cup of tea.... More

Called in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. When we arrived there was only one member of staff so it took a while to be served, no problem as we weren't in a rush. Ordered drinks and breakfast, no problem with the drinks but the breakfasts were awful. Poached eggs like bullets and cold toasted sandwiches, sent the food back... More
