Popped into this quaint little place over the weekend whilst we were visiting Oxford, apparently it's been serving coffee since the 1600's.... Quite a busy little place with a good selection of food and drink on offer. We settled for Cream T's. Scones were served warm with good portions of clotted cream and jam, Pot of T served piping hot... More

I've visited Queen's Lane Coffee House numerous times. It has a warm and comfortable atmosphere which is the perfect place to have coffee and cake! Service is generally very good although they can struggle when it's super busy! Overall, a lovely place.

Been here for breakfast in past- very good Turkish breakfast and good service.Today not so good perhaps because of Easter? Tough steak sandwich and uninspiring wrap. Over £30 for 3 sandwiches and 2 coffees bit expensive

We never actually managed to eat, after being promised a table that was promptly given away by another waitress we left. Your mileage might vary.

The sign says it's the oldest coffee house in Europe. Maybe. Not a particularly cheap option but there's plenty to set your mouth watering. The freshly pressed fruit juices are exciting. Try the apple, mint and ginger. For a different sort of coffee, I recommend the affogato - rich espresso with a scoop of ice cream dropped into it. Nice... More

Had an all day breakfast at this cafe and it was beautifully cooked and great value for money. The portion size was very large, glad we didn't decide to have the jumbo breakfast I think I would still be there now. They did a variety of sandwiches and other dished too and they looked very apetising. The staff were very... More

Asked for a soft drink, not much to choose from so went for a diet coke can, £1.25 a bit much but have paid more in London! Anyway finally sitting on the coach and open the... More

Stopped in here for a cappuccino -- and it was delicious. Service is prompt and friendly, free Wifi. Sat next to a professor and his student, discussing Roman architecture -- how magical is that? I always like to support the independent coffee houses, and this one was a delight.

Called in for a coffee mid morning. Very busy with couples and families. Coffe was very nice they cater for gluten free and had a selection of cake but my husband thought they were expensive for what they were so decided to just have the coffee. Service was prompt and the coffee hot. Met a father and his two daughters... More

As you meander down High Street overawed with Queens College on one side and Kings on the other make your way to the legendary Queens Lane Coffeehouse. Bustling with the sound of a happy clientele this coffee house does delectable paninis wraps and breakfast. We enjoyed a pot of tea, cinnamon turkish coffee and carrot cake.
