Things got off to a strange start with a series of weird events, including the waiter trying to persuade us not to order the cod because "nobody likes it". After ordering, we were brought a complementary platter of veg (as I believe everyone is), which included a whole bell pepper and other vegetables in their pickled entirety... when our order... This is good lebanese good! We had Baba Ganoush, Beef kebab, grilled vegetables, houmus, pitta bread and a sort of meat ball - really good I hope I find it again there as I have forgotten the name. All this as a takeaway at a reasonable cost. Certainly a very tasty lunch. Pleasant staff.

A large group of us enjoyed an afternoon of cold and hot meze dishes in our own function room. Interesting way the large salad platters arrived, requiring preparation and once we realised we needed to chop up the salad all was fine. The food and atmosphere was very good and all the staff excellent.

This is about our 5th visit. And suffice to say we travelled from Bristol, Cheltenham & London to meet up here: and were well pleased with the effort. The restaurant is in a quiet Oxford location, near Ox University Press; light and airy inside. BUT THE FOOD.......starve yourself before you go....Armenian Sausage, falafel, aubergine, just fabulous. Suggest order 3 options... More

Food not bad, but nothing special. What surprised me especially was the salad.. it reminded me of an OAP English person's idea of a salad, which is kind of strange given the theme of the restaurant. Ie I would expect to get plain leaves of iceburg lettuce and quartered underripe tomatoes with absolutely no dressing, at my 80 year old... More

This is a great Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Jericho. I had a leisurely lunch there with some friends and a lovely summers day. The food was good and the staff very friendly.

Went here with a large group of us. Food was pretty good - though personally I had better at Al-Salam. The service, on the other hand, was anything but good. Staff were - with one semi-exception - laughably surly and rude, absolutely zero hospitality. Food only arrived when we actually asked where it was. To top it all, at the... More

A bit off beaten path. The service is fast and selection wide. Food generally good but basic in presentation and style.. Restaurant quite bright inside. Staff friendly but everything moves fast.

Followed review sites here. Its worth it. Lebanese food simply done in a friendly restaurant. We were there on a Saturday Night we had booked just as well it was full, of people of all ages having a good time. Its Meze and grills all done simply but tasted good. We really enjoyed ourselves

Really enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. Of the four of us, one is a Vegetarian. So each of us chose a vegetarian suitable course from the Meze menu and shared and all dishes were flavoursome. The mains were equally good and we finished off with a small typical Lebanese sweet desert. Service was fine and we will go... More
