Had a family lunch for a birthday. One of the party was gluten free and the restaurant were exceptionally good at accommodating this. Service was friendly and food was excellent.

Rude staff, cold food.. not worth going to if you want to celebrate as waitress likes to run up the stairs to tell you to be quiet at any given moment. Not worth the money.

We always enjoy our visits to Cote. Today was no exception. Despite the restaurant being busy we had prompt service and excellent meals - cod goujons and Cote burger followed by creme caramel. The recommended wine for July was also good.

There was a free table so we sat. After 15 minutes waiting I went to the counter to order and the waiter refused to take my order as they were too busy. And we were sitting at a free table... never happened before!

Very pleasant visit. Food was excellent. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The fish stew remembered me of holidays in Portugal. Will definitely come back.

Description
Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities. Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly
