Very good value pre- supper menu/meal. Very good service, tasty food and good portions for a tapas bar. I suspect you need to book as by early evening it was full of happy customers creating a fun atmosphere

I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant. The staff were excellent and the service was great. However - I was disappointed with some of the dishes. The belly pork portion was far too small and not tasty enough for the price. And I would avoid the duck completely. It was tough and in the end, we gave up... More

The dishes are not bad but very greasy and not good enough for the cost! The portions are more than small (3,85£ for literally 11 oily green beans!). The portion of lasagna can't even been considered as a portion! Oh my, what is this restaurant about?! Making money?! I won't even mention the very expensive but tasteless (cheapest) wine that... Really good food with sauces that are to die for. Good choices and lots for vegetarians. But the portion sizes are ridiculously small which means you need at least 3 of the small plates per person. This adds the price up significantly and if you add some vegetables ( which were poor actually) and the wine ( £6.50 for a... More

My partner and I shared 8 tapas/side dishes and enjoyed all of them there was a great variety of flavours. The staff were very friendly and created a lovely family run atmosphere.

We ate here as a large group some years ago. At that time the food, atmosphere and service was excellent. I was looking forward to a repeat performance and so we returned recently for family celebration and it was such a different experience. We were in the basement, which was cold, right next door to the kitchen and a service... More

We've dined here before, but not for a while, so were looking forward to a good lunch and we weren't disappointed. It's not always easy to anticipate which dishes work well with each other and the staff are very helpful. The nice Colombard accompanied our choice of Ratatouille, Leek Tart and Tagine followed by the Almond Bake which was really... More

With such high praise for this restaurant we tried the pre theatre menu. The food arrived in good time and the waitresses were fine. The issue however was the quality and quantity of food for the price. When ordering tapas style food, you often question why it doesn't take too long to get to your table, how was it reheated... We ate here on a spur of the moment night out and it was a great start to the evening. The menu is unusually tapas style. We had the Pre-theatre menu which was two small mains and a side dish from a limited menu. It was absolutely delicious. The flavours were intense on the pork belly, the middle-eastern lamb and... Had pre-theatre supper here recently and had a delicious meal - two small plates each with sides made for a great early evening supper. There was a good choice of wine and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We particularly loved the pork belly dish as well and would really recommend it. Seemed good value for money and we will... More
