Popped in to hide from the on and off again showers as it looked like a beautiful place, the service was quite alright, the lady serving us polite and prompt... however that is where the good ended. We tried pizza (pretty much a toasted ham and cheese sandwich flavored concoction) as well as the chicken from their rotisserie range (all... More

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad wrap. Came with cold overcooked chips. The wrAp was for some reason toasted????!!!! Perhaps they thought it was a panini???? It was stuffed with slosh and far too much Caesar sauce. Cos lettuce was so out of date it wAs brown. Avoid like the plague. Outdated restaurant. Tired and still stuck in the 70s.

Overall, the food is average, but the staff is nice and it's an easy place to get food. The street views are nice, the atmosphere is open and airy. It's basic, but it works.

For a restaurant that claims to be 'child friendly' they certainly weren't very friendly to any of us. Not one smile from the three different serving staff who we (eventually!!) managed to get hold of, no-one came to check if our food was ok and their manner as a collective was abrupt, bordering on rude. We had to keep finding... More

Fish and chips were not very nice. Frozen cod grey fish, chips over fried and greesy , their house pink lemonade was tasteless and flat could not drink it, would not go again. Service was good but don't recommend the food.

A last minute decision, wondering around Bath, 8 of us arrived here at about 4.15 pm. Waiter very helpful and friendly, food arrived promptly.

Appalling service from the waiters, wasn't asked once if everything's okay with the food. I ordered a jacket potato (which was hard enough to build a house) with beans and cheese - came with about 10 beans and no cheese in sight.. 1/10 would not recommend

We used to love this place, not any more and won't be going back. Example, both kids ordered an ice cream. 40 minutes later it arrived and the place wasn't overly busy. The starter Plata costing over £17 was worth about £9 and the drumsticks on it were burned black
