Fabulous Jazz nightly and the food is really good. Staff were really helpful, not too loud so was able to have a conversation whilst listening to the music.

Lovely lunchtime menu with a good range of choices. Both our meals were high- quality and thoroughly enjoyable but service was, at best, adequate but certainly nothing like we experienced on our previous visit. The young trainee was essentially left to their own devices while the other staff were clearly having a lovely time, gathered together around the coffee machine... More

We enjoyed a really lovely meal here recently. The menu has some great choices at reasonable prices. We were lucky enough to have live jazz - Take 3 - playing who were very good. The food was extremley tasty & the service was very good.

Menu not massive but the food is well presented and delicious. There is live music on several nights a week. Prices average. Really enjoyed it.

We booked a table for 6pm and sadly missed the jazz as we had to get back home for the dog! Good food, with a good selection (though we are not vegetarian/gluten intolerant etc so can't comment on that). Good service and a nice atmosphere. A great option for an enjoyable meal in the impressive setting of the old Bath... More

The atmosphere is wonderful as is the decor and music but the food was pretty average. My garlic bread with mozzarella looked like it had been made by a child and was slightly overcooked. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't memorable and we won't be returning.

Had a lovely evening here on a Saturday night. Got a table next to the jazz quartet, not too loud at all. Great place to spend a relaxing evening dinner

We liked the ambiance, food was good, staff were friendly and helpful with quick efficient service. Well priced as well. My one criticism would be the layout. The jazz musicians were excellent on both nights we called in. But being crammed in by the entrance to the back bar did them no favours, they were constantly passed by a stream... More

Not a bad place but a little quiet and lacked atmosphere. For starters we shared the Camembert and felt that it could have done with a little more time in the oven as it wasn't completed melted. It came with four small bits of garlic bread but this was far from enough compared with the amount of Camembert we had... More
