Had a wonderful time at the Royal Crescent Hotel for afternoon tea, service, food and presentation was wonderful. I would honestly say the time spend for an afternoon was completely worth the money. Only complaint was we had a voucher from a friend to visit and we were unsure what was included and what was not included so maybe a... More

Luxury tea for two in a beautiful, large walled garden setting. So peaceful it's hard to realse you are in central Bath. Excellent service from the moment you arrive at the door. Various teas (to eat and drink) to choose from. Also times can be adjusted from just after lunch to very much later, which is very convenient.

Afternoon tea at the Royal Crescent is a lovely experience. It is not cheap but the atmosphere makes it an ideal venue. The staff are unfailingly helpful and the choice of savoury/sweet teas is excellent. Everything we had was very tasty and the offer of additional sandwiches was very well received.

Superb afternoon tea. Very nice to be able to take home what we could not eat. Every item was beautifully presented and it was almost a shame to disturb them. So glad we did though!! Also the service was excellent.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, mouthwatering sweet and savoury goodies accompanied by a glass of champagne and a variety of teas; what better way is there to celebrate?!

Nice that it is served from 1:30 to 6:30 and you can choose from 4 options. Mostly savoury, (good when going with husbands who want a real lunch); a 60/40 split between savoury/sweet; a 50/50 split and a vegetarian tea so no meat sandwiches. Very accommodating - when I phoned to reserve, they asked about any special dietary restrictions and... More

We had afternoon tea on the grounds of the Royal Crescent Hotel on a warm and sunny day. We were welcomed by friendly staff who showed us the lovely garden and asked us where we wanted to sit. The food was all freshly prepared and really delicious. We recommend the Royal Crescent Hotel if you want to treat yourself for... More
