Visited the cafe on my lunch break for a toasted sandwich, it took 20 minutes to heat up the sandwich. After speaking to one of the available staff behind the counter it was eventually brought out, but no explanation or apology for the delay. After paying £17 for two sandwiches, two packet of crisps and two drinks I think it... More

Lots of people behind the counter but only one barista serving. Long queue and slow service. Coffee OK but nothing to rave about.

I had a smoothie, cucumber, lime and avocado, it was not good, it was made from all frozen ingredients. There were no cakes or anything suitable for vegans, most disappointing. No options for soya milk for a drink of tea, that was whybInwent for a smoothie.

We visited this restaurant for breakfast daily when staying in Bath. It was much cheaper than the hotel breakfasts and the quality and portion sizes were also brilliant. They manage to serve a pretty decent latte too, well worth a look.

I am a big fan of M&S food and the cafe doesn't disappoint! The service seems to always be efficient and the coffee looks great, with gorgeous latte art.

Have just tried here as we love their avocado on toast and they are advertising some new nice sounding smoothies. Despite being open for an hour they didn't have the avocado on toast breakfast and they didn't have any smoothies at all, let alone the new ones. Have gone to Waitrose where they do have all the items listed on... More

If you belong to the M&S Premium Club you receive a voucher for a special afternoon tea for you and a partner on your birthday. What a disappointment this was in Bath today. M&S are clearly downgrading. The tier used to have sandwiches, scones and mini pastries. Today the only sandwiches on offer were BLT. No lovely mixed sandwiches with... More

We were looking for something quick to eat and a lady on the street directed us here. We choose some sandwiches from the display and bought our drinks and sandwiches for a quick bite before touring The Roman Baths.
