Great cafe - lovely atmosphere with a welcome to match. They were about to close up when we arrived but the manageress very kindly let us in as we were just wanting tea and cake. Highly recommend- fabulous cake 😊 well worth a visit if you're in Glastonbury.

We visited here for breakfast, and it was excellent. The waitress was kind and friendly, the service was quick and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this cafe.

I rather liked this cafe whose decor has pretensions to greatness. It is perfect for the Post Truth age where the news is perhaps an incumbrance to personal calm given the rise of Trump and "The New Facism" defined by "The Globalism" of Brexit. This cafe does not "like" newspapers so it is possible to be embalmed here in a... More

Thank you Peter for such an entertaining review of our café and my husband. For the benefit of the readers, he feels that your rather lavish comments should be put into perspective as the two of you have clashed obviously. Originally you came into our café several months ago and was surprised, nay 'put out', that we had no daily... More

Stopped for coffees and tea cakes. Service seemed efficient and time to receive order acceptable. Looking around, the quality of food seemed very good and we wished we had came earlier for lunch rather than the pompous heap of overpriced rubbish (food and owner) we didn't enjoy and few doors up from Lazy Gecko. Definitely would return

The best food I've eaten in a restaurant, cooked to perfection. Staff helpful and just a glance away. Food and drink amazing value for money. A lovely atmosphere.

My husband had the full English breakfast, which he said was lovely, my daughter had the veggie option, and I had eggs benedict. All lovely, the service was good and reasonably priced.

Decided to have a lazy breakfast with a friend before opening our businesses. It was fairly busy but the service we received was prompt. I had a full English breakfast which was freshly cooked and lovely and hot.All the food seemed reasonable priced. Would definitely visit again.

The day we went was the coldest, foggiest day of the year, but inside it was lovely and warm and the staff were delightfully friendly and helpful. I was in need of a hot drink and a snack as being a diabetic my blood sugar was falling fast. In no time at all they had whipped up a steaming cappuccino... More
