Food was good , but missing the warmth and love of Children and family it needs . It felt like being served in air port lounge. Great specials board .

So good that there was a few disappointed faces from those that hadn't booked. The place was packed out and it wasn't even December yet. We were greeted by Carlo and then after a quick drink at the bar was politely informed by Carmelo that...More
Ten of use went for preXmas Sunday Lunch. Nice greeting, sensible table, swift prelunch drinks. Wide varied menu, nice food, friendly service, great atmosphere. Italian style with flair. Not haute cuisine, but flavourful and satisfying. We weren't rushed and felt valued. Sensible prices. Ideal for...More
We held our girlie night out here and a few people were sick at the last minute. They included their food on the bill despite letting the rest of our table to other people.More

We were out celebrating a family event and had a fantastic meal here. The service is excellent, attentive but not obsequious. The decor is muted but comfortable. The food itself is something to be savoured at your leisure. Fast food it is not, it is...More
Hadn't been here for years and decided to give it a go again. Food wasn't bad (except "strips" of fillet with tagliatelle turned out to be little specks), ambience very 1970's, service at lightning speed (so fast, we had barely put our knives and forks...More
Eaten here with family on two occasions - both Sundays when there are fewer items on the menu but the food is always excellent and the ambience welcoming and relaxed
My boyfriend and I absolutely love Carlo's. Living fairly locally we visit frequently, for us the food is always amazing as is the service from the friendly waiters. Their homemade raviolis and black truffle taglioni, king prawn carlo and their crepe dessert are just a...More
