Booked online for lunch. From arriving we received a warm welcome. The customer service that we received was excellent. Jessica’s service was first class and her knowledge of the menu choices was really helpful. Food was excellent quality and price. Highly recommend a visit great...service and venue.More

Recently visited with friends. We all ordered steak and two of us decided to have the healthier alternative of sides. We swapped the onion loaf and fries for a side salad. It was certainly healthier - a teacup sized bowl, a few lettuce leaves, 3...cherry tomatoes halved, and a drizzle of dressing. Really? I think the restaurant could do far better here.
The steaks are great, the service is good, but I’ve dropped a star for what I think is stinginess with side salads. I’m not even sure why it’s offered as an alternative if that’s the best it can do. Maybe I’ll stick to fries.More
First visit since Covid to sample the new lunchtime special menu. Its was packed on a Thursday lunchtime but we were quickly shown to our table. The lady in charge was such a character, so friendly and bubbly but a great manager organising all her...staff. They were rushed off their feet but everything seemed to work like clockwork and very smoothly. The lunchtime menu is quite small, 3 or 4 choices for each course but the portions were generous and very tasty indeed. Drinks prices are high but overall we really enjoyed ourselves .More
My first visit to a Miller & Carter steakhouse. Plush interior and fellow diners were well dressed.
The speciality is steak, so that's what to order. Had a T-Bone steak which was large and delicious. Not cheap at £31, but it was a treat. Overall...the experience justified the price.
The wines looked great too, but stuck to water as I was driving.
Staff more professional than in other restaurants.
We were there for dinner on a Sunday evening, and the restaurant was packed. They must be doing something right!
Free car parking and card payments accepted.
We had a lovely meal, gorgeous starters- scallops, best crispy squid I have ever had, haloumi fries. Mains cheese/bacon burgers, dirty burger and 8oz angus rump with trimmings. All beautiful. The girls had mocktails finished off with banoffee pie and sticky toffee pudding. An all...round lovely dining experience. The ambience is relaxed, welcoming and we spent a lovely couple of hours in a lovely, classy place. We were served by the lovely Lauren who was friendly, well mannered and we had a lovely chat with her. Lovely place and would highly recommend- thanks also for my complimentary birthday pudding- lovely touch.More
First class birthday meal, from the friendly and knowledgeable staff (in particular Lauren), to the fantastic steak and lovely dessert (nice touch to add a happy birthday to the plate)! Great service, great food, will definitely be back!
