Appalling takeaway service, only ordered 2 meals and got it wrong, rang up to have correct order delivered which came but was bland and burnt, won't return and certainly wouldn't recommend

We often eat here as a,family and the food never disappoints. I think they rely more on takeout orders as the restaurant is almost always empty. Service is friendly yet always very, very slow which is why only three stars. Curries are flavoursome and filled with meat, and the rice dishes are delicious. Perfect if you don't mind a leisurely... It's been here for a long time and, I suspect, a lack of reviews points to a lack of customers. Shame really because Gosforth lost 2 Indian restaurants in the last 18 months - yet this place has not stepped into the void. Possibly because it is away from the High Street and possibly because whilst the decor is bright... More

I actually played music on the opening night here. The curries are good although a bit more authentic when it first opened. However the food is good and not too expensive. Give me another gig Arthur!

Staff were very good a polite and the food was brilliant. The cost was average and I just don't know why it's not packed. Shame because it lacked... More

We live close to here and wouldn't go anywhere else for a takeaway. You get a bottle of wine if you spend 40 pound which is handy if there are a few of you. Great range of specials and the naan breads are divine
