Gorgeous food! Everything was perfect had the two course special with the Halloumi to start then the chicken skewers. Couldn't fault a thing. Everything fresh and homemade. Was so full portions are extremely generous.

This is a lovely little restaurant with really friendly staff that served the nicest Greek food I've had outside Greece. I would highly recommend a visit.

Dined at this lovely quaint restaurant last night, it was exactly what we wanted and more. The staff were friendly, the cocktails were refreshing and most of all the food was to die for. Would definitely return in the future. It was far from pita-ful. efcharistó

I have been visiting Kafeneons for years, in fact since I was about 17 and I am now 29! It has never failed to disappoint me in the slightest. I can't recommend it highly enough to my friends and family (who are now also fans of this restaurant too). The food is just delicious, no matter what you order, it... More

We came out to chase away the grey February day with some Greek sunshine and were not disappointed. I chose from the happy hour menu (2 courses for £9.90) - good solid mains choices - stifado, stuffed veg, moussaka, pork gyros, chicken souvlaki. My fella chose from the main menu. Everything was well-cooked, well-presented and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed,... More

Been coming here for about 6/7 years and we normally eat here at least once every couple of months when we shop in Newcastle. It's mainly Greek food that they serve and it's fab! The restaurant itself is quite small but filled with atmosphere and the staff are great!!! The prices are very reasonable and two people can get a... More

Good city centre location. Great Greek food and helpful staff who are happy to explain the menu. Dined here for several years on and off and never disappointed. Toilets are down stairs as well as extra seating. Nice cafe and great food.

We were in Newcastle early evening and decided to give KafeNoen a try. It was a great decision. The restaurant is small but there was plenty of space for each table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We both had the Beef Stifado, and it was delicious. The red wine we wanted was not available so the manger offered... More

Friends and I ate here on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were attentive and helpful and very accommodating. Food was really good. We had a few starters to share the feta and chillies along with the halloumi. The halloumi was especially tasty but both starters were delicious. We then had the Meze which included souvlaki, moussaka, a lamb Stew and pulled... More
