We went in January for a belated Christmas celebration, my second time at The Cross. The quality of food was excellent throughout - every dish was balanced, exciting, innovative and tasty. Presentation is beautiful but not overly fussy. Portion sizes are great too - we...More

I cannot award a Michelin Star but I have never given 2 thumbs up and that includes to Michelin restaurants. This is the best restaurant my wife and I have ever eaten at. Furthermore Adam Bennett is in the kitchen working his art. He also...More

Part of a party of 6 for lunch time Saturday birthday treat. Very much an all round disappointment. As a fairly frequent fine diner this establishment is far below what would be expected of a 1 star restaurant. Poor service, left waiting, not asked if...More

We moved to Kenilworth last summer amd and were told about how good this restaurant is. So unsurprisingly, this was one of the first we visited. Our first time was in early September. We noticed immediately how good the staff are - friendly, attentive yet...More

Went to lunch with friends who live locally. Food was excellent, had the set 2 courses for £30 and was not disappointed. Found the cost of standard bottle of presecco a bit pricey but overall the experience was great.

No, the Cross has not lost its star, infact it was confirmed in yesterdays new Michelin Guide. If you Google Coventry Telegraph restaurants there is an article on this. I hope this helps.
