Found this pub on trip advisor. Lovely friendly staff and great meal. Nice atmosphere too. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and want a pub with a good choice of food.

Good mix of pub favourites and culinary treats on specials menu. Service speedy, well priced and staff friendly. Pleasant mix of original architecture and artistic murals making it a lovely lunch or dinner spot.

We had dinner here on Friday evening, it was lovely! Tasty, well presented, reasonably priced, very clean, the service was excellent - have to love a pub which welcomes dogs!

Our friends had scampi (was fine, I mean how wrong can a place get scampi..!?!) - overall food portions were generous. Very nice interior in terms of seating & décor, with plenty of seating. We went midweek... More

I held my 60th Birthday celebrations here and had the best night. Prior to the evening the staff were so helpful when I called in or telephoned with questions, requests etc. They made the planning of the evening so easy, I only had to discuss and choose the buffet with Mike and invite my guests. On the night the staff... More
