We arrived at the slug and lettuce around 3pm and was able to get a table large enough for us all. The drinks were flowing and the staff were lovely. The cocktails are made fresh and are 2 for 1 so amazing quality and price....More

The cocktails are expensive... cheapest £8.45, not really 2-4-1 if you ask me... you are paying for both and I swear they are watered down... I spent quite a bit and was not even tipsy.. rather stick to pints. Also service is far too slow......More

Visited with friends Saturday afternoon and the place was packed but managed to grab a booth when one came available. It seemed to take an eternity to get served and then even longer for them to pour the drinks, the bar girl was either tired...More

This place is ok. Ok music. 2 for 1 on cocktails. Mind if you remove the ice from the glasses you only have 1 drink not 2. However to packed, hot and security are very hostile and make you feel like you have done something...More

Visited before a concert at the Barclaycard Arena. Very busy, didn't think we would get a table, but someone cancelled and a table became free as we arrived. Had to wait a while to be served and food to come, but was extremely busy. Good...More

It was a Friday night, the place was very busy as we came after a concert. Great old school music, only downside quite expensive for drinks, but then again they all are in the area.

Used as a meet-up venue for a family get together, tge Slug and Lettuce seems to be a staging point for stag and hen parties, and is a little loud as a result, but it's spacious, comfortable, and has a good selection of beers, especially...More

Shocked when looking at the menu there was no meal for plant based or vegan's. Very poor service when asked waitress it was a case of that is all there is on the menu. Such a shame.
