Recently visited with about 30 friends for someone's birthday. The staff and the kitchen coped very well as the whole place was packed. The food was very good they even managed to make 'the best Gluten Free pizza ever' for my girlfriend Rea! Decent prices too. Definitely worth a visit.

Wasn't our first choice in the area as there are so many good places to go for food but after being turned away from other establishments for not booking ahead we decided to give it a go, we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The food and service was very good. We will... More

Had dinner with a group of work colleagues. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was great. I had a veggie pizza which was delicious. Great prices too.

I don't usually order a salad in a restaurant because it's usually very boring. The salmon salad I had at zizzi was amazing. Definitely worth trying. Great food and great service.

You can never go wrong on a date night visiting Zizzi's and this one is a particular favourite as it is right by one of our favourite cinema's. The staff are lovely and the food came very quickly, hot and fresh!

I went to zizzis as part of a hen do. The staff were super friendly, attentive and efficient. The food and cider was nice. There was a mix up with an over charge on my card. I called and spoke to the manager Matt and within a few days he resolved the problem and I was issued a refund. Thank... More

Went on a Saturday afternoon, was quickly seated. I found the menu to be priced well, a good range of prices depending of what you wanted. Ordered a bottle of wine, £25 is the most expensive White / Red bottle. Excellent wine list (not many to choose from but good quality) I must say, I would certainly have the same... More

A very busy restaurant, packed on a Friday evening. Lucky to get a table for an hour, but that's all we needed. King prawn linguine delicious, pasta with steak and venison was really tasty. Pizza great. Chicken breast with green beans was very nice too. Service was good, efficient and accurate. Would advise booking to avoid disappointment, great place to... More

Not a lot to say. Good choice on the menu. 3 varied main meals for myself and my nephews, all served efficiently and with a smile, followed by delicious desserts. No complaints whatsoever. Packed. Says it all.

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food. The beautiful refurbishment of the Royal Mail's main sorting office (hence the Mailbox name) has produced a premier shopping destination in the heart of Birmingham. And inside you’ll find our Birmingham Zizzi. Our restaurant is split into 2 main areas. Our raised floor area is great for large tables or parties with some funky light fittings to get into the party mood. And in contrast, the lower area (towards the large windows), draws more on the canal and outdoor theme, with large floating cloud-like light fittings hanging lazily overhead for a more relaxed vibe. With outdoor seating for sunny day dining and only a stone’s throw from the city centre’s attractions our restaurant in the Mailbox is the perfect way to end your day out. Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.
