A beautiful and ornate room with plenty of seating and tables. You select what you want from the display cabinets or table menu, note the table. Umber and order and pay at the counter giving them your table number. Nothing special about the food. It...More

Overpriced and lacklustre. I won't be visiting again unless l have to. If you find chipped enamel teapots and milk in little bottles trendy and endearing this is the place for you (but definitely not for me, thanks!)

Very surprised about reviews saying this is 'quirky', 'a gem' etc. It doesn't really live up to the name. Could only see the 'Edwardian' bit being pictures on the wall. Maybe it's me but I imagined old fashioned furniture and table service by waiting staff...More

Superb afternoon tea for £13 ahead. Opt for tea (over coffee) as you get a pot. Also book for the better tables.

Beautiful Edwardian Tea rooms, a real gem in the heart of Birmingham. I love the way they serve the tea with little milk bottles , such detail. The Strawberry milkshake was lovely.

Lovely Edwardian tea rooms, wrought iron balconies and a good choice of interesting food. You almost expect a string orchestra to be playing in the background. Most relaxing place to eat in the hubub of the city.

Ok, so it's not a-la-carte, but it's tasty. Really airy room to sit in (albeit a bit busy), not horrifically pricey (£2.20 for a pot of tea, about £3.75 for soup) and something a bit different from the usual high street chains. Would we return?...More

On the basics (seating, environment, and connectivity), this place is a great coffee place. The coffee was adequate though not fantastic, but it is a very pleasant to while away a sunday afternoon. Plenty of seating, and mobile reception was strong. Eggs benedict is made...More
