We've been to this restaurant a few times before and have been very happy to return. Ours was a party of nine. There was another group of seven who had already eaten and a handful of others so hardly busy. We placed our orders but...More

We visited here while walking by on a Friday night. It was very busy but expected for a Friday eve and seemed to be very popular. Food was great. Interior is nice and there is also an outside area to drink and eat. Would recommend...More

Had a birthday party here and it was a disappointment to put it mildly. They got 80% of the order wrong, it came out in fits and starts and when complaints were made they got all shirty and defensive. I've had better school dinners.

I've eaten here before on a quiet afternoon and it's been fine, but the staff can't cope on a busy Friday or Saturday. They obviously don't care about their jobs/ have poor training. We've suffered slow service a couple of times, but it was topped...More

The food was late, cold, under cooked and horribly presented. Not to mention the sides were also missing from all of the meals. Absolutely terrible!!! See more of my review on Facebook and Google my business.

It's just the same old story with the kings head.good surroundings, nice food, poor service. We waited for over 30 minutes for our starter after being rushed to order because a large party was coming. One of the starters came out incomplete. We then ordered...More

Description
The King's Head is located on the junction between the Hagley Road and Bearwood Road in Harborne, Birmingham. This 19th century pub has undergone major refurbishment and is now a functional, stylish gastro-pub. With original features such as exposed brick walls and original tiles installed in 1906 by Owen and Ward Architects. The King's Head is perfect for a 'boogie' on a Saturday night or a chilled out coffee on a Sunday morning! Everything on the menu is classic gastro fare done well, freshly prepared and cooked in house, such as the Roast Lamb Rump with Chorizo and Sweet Potato Dauphinoise, or the Seared Seabass with Nicoise Salad.
