After looking for a while I came by the review posting a new telephone number. Upon calling the number I ask for one of the owners by name just to make sure it was the correct place. They have relocated to 57 Spon End, Coventry and are now called Mossala Express. Still the same people and still the best naans... More

Monsoon has some of the best take away curry I've ever had. Whenever I'm in Coventry it's become a tradition to order it on both my first and last day of visiting. The service has always been polite and accommodating. I highly recommend the butter chicken saag, chicken tikka masala and nasi goreng rice. The rice is a bit spicy,... More

The food is great value and very tasty. Can be a tad spicy for some palettes,so always ask if you're not sure whether the meal you're... More

I would highly recommend Monsoon Restaurant. I am an Indian and I find it frustrating when i dine at 'Indian' restaurants and the food is bland and watery, but at Monsoon I can promise you that you do get a traditional taste. The pricing means that anyone can dine here, even during the recession. The low prices dont mean that... More

We eat here on a regular basis. Good food at a fair price. The staff always try to please and even If I want something that's not on the menu I know they will make it for me if they can. Mich

This place has been around for years and is a great example of a Midlands balti house with large pans of food served at the table and large nan breads. Great choice of what to eat and its always been good quality. Yes there are better, posher Indian restaurants in Coventry but this place has been consistently good for basic... More
