We visited this pub while staying in a B & B just up the road. The food was well presented and delicious with a huge choice on boards by the door. The staff were helpful and friendly and we very much enjoyed our visit

Delicious food, served hot with beautiful presentation. Good and speedy service but did not feel rushed. Would recommend.

With two small grandchildren, we were concerned that it took an hour and a half to receive our main course and a further 40 minutes for dessert.

Ate here when we had a short break in Pagham. this pub has retained its old worldly charm. the meals are first class and the menu is quite extensive at good prices and very friendly staff.

Seems to be a struggle to find a decent roast these days, and today it was no different. The roast at the walnut tree was of poor quality, with hard reheated potatoes and tasteless pork, certainly not worth the £12.95. Will not return.

Came here with my mum and nan for a weekday meal, didn't book but they had room for us. The food is always to a extremely high standard every time we come here, portions are big and there's lots to choose from, service is friendly and food came out really quick. The only bit we didn't enjoy so much was... More

My family (3 adults and a toddler) and I went for a meal a Sunday evening. We were made very welcome and the style of the pub makes you feel at ease straight away. There was a great menu + a big board with an interesting choice of dishes, some classic some sophisticated. We were sat comfortably on a large... More

I think the Tree is on a downward spiral. I have been coming here for many years since it is my 'local'but I rarely visit these days. There is no passion interest or enthusiasm from anyone. That used to be there in abundance. This is a service business - shame the owners don't seem to get that.

We booked a table on a Saturday evening in the restaurant. The bar was was very busy and noisy but thankfully we were given a table tucked away in a quiet corner of the restaurant section. There was plenty of choice on the menu, we had an excellent seafood platter to start which included tempura in batter, squid, prawns and... More

We had been to Goodwood and wanted something to eat, found this place, looked really good so we thought we would try it out. Started out OK, placed our order and taken to a table, drinks arrived quickly but food took quite a while, my burger was a bought in and not great, chips were really good, the wife had... More
